Our floor plans are skillfully designed to incorporate functionality as well as architectural beauty. Buy one unit of 2,400 square feet, two, three or all five for a total of 12,000 square feet to accommodate anything you can dream – a basketball court, a bar and kitchen area, a loft with a shower and pull-down bed for that occasional late-night deadline. Our architects and designers specialize in custom, client-specific details.

Combine 2, 3, 4 or 5 Units to Create the Office Space You Need
Each building is comprised of five units, two exterior and three interior all outdoor balconies, surface level parking and front door access. Interior units (B, C and D) are slightly smaller at approximately 2,350 square feet, and our A end units are 2,400 square feet. Our E Suites are end units on each building that offer an additional 150 square feet of space and more windows and light along the left side of the building.
