Rayford Office Park and Cubic CoWork are being developed and built by Live Woodlands Real Estate, LLC, one of the area’s most inventive and creative developers of commercial office space in the greater Houston area. Live Woodlands Real Estate has been developing commercial, office and co-working spaces for over 20 years.

Developers Victor Guerrero and Jose Guerrero launched Live Woodlands Real Estate, LLC. in 2013 with the purchase of this seven-acre parcel of land in Spring, TX. They developed Rayford Office Park based on the insight that no other developer was bringing this level of quality and unique, flexible, custom design/architecture to the area.
Rayford Office Park broke ground in 2016 and is currently selling and leasing office space from 2,400 to 12,000 square feet, including studios with lofts, flex/warehouse space and other amenities. Phase two, now for sale or lease, will bring another 36,000 square feet with a finished total of over 100,000 square feet of office space when completed.
